TBC Consoles Warranty
TBC Consoles warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. During this time period, in an expeditious manner and without charge to the buyer, TBC will adjust, repair or replace any part or item found to be defective.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage in shipment caused by a carrier.
- Products that have been subject to improper storage.
- Defects attributable to misapplication.
- Damage due to, in the judgment of TBC, customer misuse or abuse.
- Products that have been modified or altered by any person other than an authorized representative of TBC.
This warranty also does not include damage to customer equipment that may somehow be attributed to console design or construction. For instance, a monitor that fails because of heat damage due to inadequate ventilation. While TBC pays great attention to these details, it is released from damage claims of this kind by virtue of the client’s approval of our design and signed drawings.
