We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information we might collect online.

Refund

All sales are final except in the event of a defect or as noted.  Please contact customer support within 2 business days of delivery to initiate the return process.  Standard accessories such as monitor arms can be returned within 30 days but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

Small parcel shipping will be via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  Freight shipments will use our nominated carrier and may incur additional service fees which we will ascertain prior to shipment.  All orders will include tracking information.
