We have worked with our system integrator partners at Siemens USA, TBC has designed and manufactured consoles and a video wall for SONY’s new Security Operation Center in California.
The Control Room required removal of an antiquated console system and involved height-adjustable C3 consoles with metal doors and cutouts for cable management through the floor.
We have worked with our system integrator partners at Digital Resources, Inc., on the brand-new cutting-edge television broadcast studio inside Rock Hill High School. The Studio, located in Frisco, Texas, features as a student-run daily live television show broadcast to over 1800 students, teachers, and administrators of Rock Hill High School.
The Control Room, Studio, Rack Room, and Audio Control Room were designed and built out with student success, budget, and functionality in mind. The design was a collaborative effort between Digital Resources, Prosper ISD, Crux Solutions, and TBC. The solution engineered was a complete IP/4k end to end broadcast system. The design allows for flexibility and future expansion to accommodate the school’s changing needs and resources. The technology that was incorporated in the systems allows students to utilize all mediums to deliver content, including through social media outlets. The experience and training the students will experience allows for advanced knowledge in future careers.
TBC has a number of partition solutions to help meet social distancing requirements and other physical workspace modifications necessary to address COVID-19. We can add partitions to any of our consoles and have designed a number of options that allow each operator to stay protected. Our partitions are easy to install and are removable.
We are able to add partitions to a variety of console system but erecting physical barriers does not mean the end of open floor plans as we know it. Rather, the partitions can be built to still allow for collaboration though transparent plexiglas which is customizable to meet each workspace needs. TBC has paired up with the Netflix Lab Team to develop a number of custom solutions that modify our TracWall Series. The testing lab needed a wall that included their custom logos as well as hangers for tablets and other peripheral AV devices
The custom TracWall incorporates light boxes and cut-out logos in bottom panels, as well as shelving for remote holders and set top boxes.
