Daystar Television – Bedford, TX

TBC’s installation for Daystar Television Network facility in Bedford, Texas features custom broadcast furniture engineered to support the Production Control Room (PCR) and Media Acquisition and Playout (MAP) areas. The build incorporates our height-adjustable FITT+ and SmartTrac consoles, delivering flexibility and ergonomic performance for demanding broadcast workflows.

A standout element within the PCR is a custom lighting solution developed by TBC. This design features a precision-engineered metal housing with independently controllable lighting at each operator position, mounted above the turret to provide localized illumination. The system enhances visibility without the need for pin lighting or traditional task lamps, all within a clean, fully integrated console design suited to fast-paced production environments.

The worksurfaces utilize our premium cosmic strandz phenolic finish, offering durability and a refined appearance. Completing the installation are our new E5 monitor arms which provide forward-looking adaptability, supporting a wide range of configurations with a load capacity of 5 to 45 pounds per arm.
